I think she couldn't move it. That same arrow "path" seemingly was still there, when she handled the rest and then slid/ran into Ussop.
It's likely some "determined to get there" type of hax.
When she slid or ran into him she could also go underneath that arrow path without falling off.
Seems like the arrows' determined paths overwrite physics and stuff and there's barely anything you can do about it (besides just nuking Gunko I guess).

fun fact, while the knock up stream was one way to reach the sky islands, there was one more that was never explained. Elbaf could be the other way to reach them, and with an arc that can be kind of about ¨Gods¨ I would like an Enel return a lot.

Based on the fact that Who’s Who somehow became the boss of udon despite That being king and queens location and Ryo ordering a battleship for them after he defeated them. Odds are he picked them up on his way out of Wano and through them in prison

Regen hax have these people not even using haki to block stuff when they have it.
Really need it to see it go so we can get a better fight cause we can see she no push over .

Hell at least saul know haki so he could try and protect his body parts with it.
Robin would gotten destroy not matter what she try .

Yeah, it is pretty disapointing that Robin has had like one fight in the manga in 10 years, but again, it´s pretty early in the arc and SH always get clowned at first. maybe if more characters arrive she could potentially get a fight, but it will basically be a mistake if she doesn´t get to use her fruit much in the final saga
