Rayleigh has the best hype so far (old heads)
-dusty fighter who hasn’t picked a sword for more then 20 years and was able to stand toe to toe with a top tier
-has all 3 type of haki
-was called legend among with whitebeard by roger rival aka garp
-marines said they need to think carefully in order to take down Rayleigh
-his name is mentioned every book and everyone must’ve heard his name at least once
-his reputation alone scared a whole top tier off (Bb)
