Well okay, I don´t know if he will have it or not, but I kind of remain in my thinking that Sanji shouldn´t have it. I am not really the worlds biggest fan of Zolo having it either, but at least their was some forshadowing about it, where people would confuse him for the captain, and Mihawk noticing he would die for his ambition

If Sanji does have it, we can assume he inherited it from his grandpa or something, and it skipped Judge. But it would feel like it came out of nowhere

Sanji would also rather die than sacrifice his ideals and has taken over as captain when Luffys not around.

Did Zoro inherit his from Pinzoro or Ryuma?

Leading doesn´t mean conquering. Sanji can maybe lead a crew, but what Luffy did is the trait of an actual conqueror, he went around and decided to recruit people to his crew without caring about caring about if they were interested or not. Sanji was willing to work at Baratie forever until he met Luffy.

That was explained in Baratie, Sanji was holding himself back because he felt he owed Zeff. No different from Ace sacrificing his ambition for Whitebeard.

Ace didn´t really sacrifice his ambitions for Whitebeard though, he was living vicariously through Whitebeard, Whitebeard had no interest in becoming the pirate king, but Ace projected his own goal of wanting to find the One Piece on him. Ace actually ignored Whitebeards orders to fight Blackbeard and Akainu
