This implies that Gaban most likely learned how to bypass the regen at Laugh Tale.

And only the Roger Pirates went there, so again none of the Yonko's would know how to permanently hurt the Elders and the Holy Knights.

Perhaps. I typed that Elbaph will be the last "adventure island", because I really don't see where else the Straw Hats would go from there, other than the "endgame" areas (Hachinosu, Mary Geoise, (maybe) Fairy Vearth, and Laugh Tale).

Personally, I think it's not Haki, but this: Luffy's Fruit repels/absorbs force. It either knocks it away immediately (punches) or absorbs it then blows it back (Fusen/Balloon and Tank-Man).

Garp is so strong the force has nowhere to redirect too, it just goes straight into Luffy.
