Some will talk about devil fruit merchants here and there, but honestly devil fruits are so much better than the boring and confusing haki system.

Characters with devil fruits are so much more interesting as fighters than those that only use haki to fight.

Haki ruined the manga. It had potential to be really cool if Oda handled it right but Oda is a failure. A system where your fighters have to be physically strong on top of having fruit mastery and Haki could have been cool.
