As for Imu's power imho it's not a DF, seems far too complex to be a DF power
And he's probably a formless being, has no corporeal body. Mu translates linguistically to "lack of existence", but in Zen Buddhist beliefs it mean formlessness, an unabiding by any strictures. So Imu is most likely a genderless and formless being, it takes different forms and shapes. So like I suspected, Imu is closer to the Idea of evil from Berserk than like a necromancer. Maybe somewhere in the middle. That's probably why Imu and it's soldiers that have been given a piece of Imus power seem to not possess physical forms almost. So, it could be that the way to hurt Imu is to use a type of counter force that opposes what fuels this being. Like hate and it's derivatives could be Imu's source of power, so in this case the counter would be love and it's derivatives. Which is very similar to the power dynamic in Samurai Jack. His sword forged by morally righteous monks to counter the black mass of evil that created Aku, normal weaponry cannot harm him, there is a deeper spiritual element that is at play.
