No reason for Luffy not to do the same

Even when Jinbe joined at the end of WCI he chose to stay behind to protect his old crew and help them escape

Tho if these three do have their own crew that would be pretty dope, imagine if king also joined them maybe he feels some sort of debt to kaido and wants to help his child now? Plus then he'll be indirectly or directly helping/ supporting Joyboy which is why he originally joined kaido in the first place cause he thought he could be joy boy

Roger wanted Oden to join him though, Luffy never asked Yamato. Same with Jimbei, Luffy asked him in FMI, he never asked Yamato though(at least I don't think)

Idk i still think fhe gorosei are devil fruit power all the demonfied giants share the same traits where as all the gorosei are completely different creatures entirely plus the giants where forcibly transformed where as the gorosei transformed of their own free will
