Absolutely nothing about this chapter paints Imu as the final villain? Lmfao
Do you disagree that Imu is very likely the Winged Figure in the mural now yes or no?

And yes, you literally are proving my point by bringing up Kaguya. The real final villain of One Piss has not been materialized into reality yet. I still think it’s the Sea Devil that was mentioned in chapter 1.
Hopefully Oda isnt a trash writter like that.

It’s insane that just two arcs ago we had a flaming dragon larger than an island, so absurdly powerful that its AP was continental+, and now we’ve regressed to this pathetic endgame crap I’m seeing…

You and @Nadel should become besties and spam Kaido and Mihawk wank together.
This chapter confirms that Imu is the Forest God of World 2. We still don’t know anything about the Earth God or Sea God
The forest god is the devil fruit tree created through science, the earth god incarnated through the fruits just like the sun god did. There were no fruits in the first world.

A Celestial Body from Which Not Even Light Can Escape

Black Hole (ブラックホール)

A black hole is a celestial object with such a strong gravitational pull that even light cannot escape it. The concept of black holes was first proposed by the British scientist John Michell and French mathematician Pierre-Simon Laplace in the 18th century. Later, in the 20th century, Einstein’s theory of general relativity laid the theoretical foundation, and astronomers began serious observations.

Because black holes do not emit light, their presence is inferred from the movement of surrounding stars and gas, or through the detection of X-rays emitted by matter falling into the black hole.

After over 200 years of theoretical development, on April 10, 2019, the Event Horizon Telescope (EHT) team succeeded in capturing the first-ever image of a black hole. The black hole is located at the center of the M87 galaxy, about 55 million light-years away from Earth. It is estimated to have a mass 6.5 billion times that of the Sun.

This was achieved using eight radio telescopes worldwide, combining their observational power to produce an image equivalent to that taken by a telescope the size of the Earth. This was a massive step forward in revealing the structure of black holes.

Playback! Blackbeard’s Power: Dark-Dark Fruit (Yami Yami no Mi)

Below, the manga panel and text refer to Marshall D. Teach (Blackbeard), a character from One Piece, and his ability granted by the Dark-Dark Fruit (Yami Yami no Mi).

The manga says:

“Blackbeard’s darkness swallows everything!!”
“Zuzuuuun!!!” (a dramatic sound effect)

The text discusses his power to manipulate gravity and darkness, likely in parallel to the science explanation of black holes above.
"Because black holes do not emit light, their presence is inferred from the movement of surrounding stars and gas, or through the detection of X-rays emitted by matter falling into the black hole."

Just like Weach hiding in plain sight:willight:

Imcel = Earth
Garling = Moon
Luffy = Sun
Elders = Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn
Ancient weapons = Neptune, Uranus, Pluto

It was stated that the Forest God sent forth demons. That’s literally what Imu’s power lets him do.

Imu is earth, the earth god. I mean its literally in peoples faces. The Gorosei are named after planets, Nika is the sun and Garling is the moon.

Its literally trolling at this point not to see that lol.

And BB is imo the shadow that engulfed the world after the war was over. Im telling you, Imu, BB and Luffy will fight in the final battle. All 3 of them.

I do find it really intriguing that he had Garling be the moon and not Imu.

Too bad that Teach isn't going to develop Yami fruit to it's max power. It's like in the game when you using hybrid build instead of maxing one spec.
So having Gura fruit for Teach means not using max power of Yami fruit.

Vibes and educated guesses.

He looks the most regal and feels like he’s been there the longest.

The moves he was making on Egghead and even the manner in which they returned put him apart. mfer had the most graceful CoC walk to date. Even how he interacts those below him had restraint to it.

We also know no one is meant to sit the Empty Throne, which suggests Imu betrayed the other Monarchs in the act of seizing it. Narratively, it makes a lot of sense for there to be a last surviving witness to the war against Joyboy and the Ancient Kingdom.

From a writing perspective there’s too much juice to squeeze out of a surviving Monarch for it to not occur to Oda organically when coming up with the concept.
i do agree that he feels the most regal and "kingly". However, he gives me more of a subordinate vow. Before Imu destroyed Lulusia, he referred to Imu as the "creator of the world". I can't picture one of the twenty kings (Imu's peer) saying that.

I do agree that another survivng monarch will appear in some way. But I can see it happening in other ways.

maybe one will be on Laugh Tale or the guardian of it? or maybe Imu has them imprisoned some more.

maybe the Gorosei traitor theory will come true, and it will turn out one of them is an agent of one of the other twenty kings

Ngl, it's all subjective and if I say x design looks trash and someone comes and starts poking with "You are wrong about your opinion because I am a designer", I'd lash out like that as well.
Everyone's telling him wrong, it's not just Alarica. Kurwa just has a problem with his opinions being in the minority. I call him and his friends cavemen for a good reason, it's far more than just a random insult.
