What confuses me is that there are dozen of HKs and 5 elders
are Luffy/Zoro/Sanji (i will assume he gets it in this arc) going to defeat multiple HKs in this arc and following arcs while other SHs and allies sit in the background or Oda going to start gifting ACOC+ to everyone?

Sanji's pretty much guaranteed to get CoC at this point, Sabo's a lock, Law's almost a lock

Like Roo said the only thing really holding certain characters back was the idea that the "3rd" in a trio couldn't possess something like CoC. That it would be reserved for the number 1 and 2

Now we know Roger's big 3 all possessed it so the "rule" has essentially been broken

The door has been opened. I'm willing to bet half of the Rev commanders have it too at this point

They really gaslighted most of us into believeing that Luffy was split into Law and Kid — one is a D clan member and the other is a conqueror. Turns out that Oda wasn’t thinking about that at all. Luffy just got his haki and df powerup in Wano while Kid/Law just lagged a bit behind.
