Sanjis character is more related to where he came from rather than where he’s going so even though he doesn’t have the ambition to rule; he has the will to conquer (even making Judge kneel before him) and the lineage of it

The majority of people we see with it aren't just normal people though. And Big Mom's parents have absolutely nothing suggesting they'd have Conq Haki
There's no reason to assume complete fodders are just walking around with Conq Haki without Oda even hinting towards it lol

Almost half of the CoC users are related I don't really think that's an accident. You also have to remember that the BMP's could have more latent CoC users they don't know about

And this is pure nonsense because Oda has shown him fight with a sword every single time we've seen him fight or even prepare to fight. Even when he was, what, 11? 13? He was shown fighting with two swords alongside Buggy.
He has NEVER been shown fighting WITHOUT a sword. So when you claim that he ISN'T a swordsman, the burden of proof is completely on you, because the manga and anime have shown him primarily fighting with a sword EVERY SINGLE TIME HE'S FOUGHT.
