Remember that Ashura is an illusion, right? So even if we the readers and other characters see the multiples heads and swords, Zoro himself might not actually notice that anything has changed… As in it’s not physically him growing heads and hands so Oda could just as easily say THE ONLY REASON ZORO DOESNT TRAIN ASHURA IS BECAUSE HE DOESNT KNOW HE HAS IT
In Zoro’s mind he knows he has a “9 sword style ability” but it’s a Metaphor in his head.. He doesn’t actually think he’s cutting people with 9 swords… So he doesn’t actually know he has something weird going on with himself that his fucking soul is cutting people
This is quite possibly going to be the reason Oda gives for why Zoro bizarrely doesn’t train or acknowledge this random ass ability he has

OPBR kinda confirmed it ngl, his intro animation had a lil bit of haki like Garp when he does Galaxy Impact. Only a lil bit tho.
But still his full combo or skills didn't fully used any haki so not fully confirmed.

Waiting for Admiral CoC confirmation is like waiting for Dragon's, Teach' or Shiki's.
Narratively, Kuzan is still stronger than Luffy. Heck, he's getting a new PU this arc and even then it's not clear if Luffy can push Kuzan's peer to an extreme diff fight.
