Why should Law have it? He's barely a factor in the story ever since Wano ended. The only relevant thing he has left is his ability to make someone immortal, which is an obvious Chekhov's gun. But I don't see why he'd need CoC. Not to mention he can probably bypass regen with his overpowered ability already, as he doesn't have to actually hurt his opponents to take them down. All he'd have to do is use Amputate.
