rank is not the same thing as strength.
Page one was portrayed as the weakest Tobi roppo, who's who is the strongest.
Sanji went for a haki kick to Drake's face and it did absolutely nothing. Drake didn't even flinch. Then sanji goes for a DJ kick and he gets smacked to the ground by Drake's tail.
He literally couldn't do a single thing to drake. And drake's dinosaur form is actually his least effective form in dealing with sanji as its big and slow, unlike his base and hybrid.
if Sanji did that bad against allosaurus drake, I think base drake would flat out stomp him.
anyways, saying that Sanji is out of who's who's league for being above Page One is like saying that Sanji is above Doffy or Weevil for being above Buggy. Its a ridiculous argument.

What are you talking about? Even when Sanji held back by looking away at Hiyori Drake slow ass still cannot hit Sanji lol. And that was base Sanji.

Who knows Sanji's portrayal hasn't been that impressive but I remember him jumping from being unable to destroy Blueno's tekkai to defeating Jabra in the same arc. I don't think it's fair to judge Sanji's performance in Wano, he was never giving his absolute all. Again Page One he wasn't even using diable jambe despite using it against literal fodders post-ts and Drake wasn't even a real fight, way too short to judge (although let's remember he was in base) There's also hell memories. Not sure about Queen but I firmly believe Sanji will get out of Wano at very least above YC3 level.
This has absolutely nothing to do with powerlevels. Drake has a dinosaur zoan. His full zoan form is a giant dinosaur. Its literally his slowest form. Drake doesn't go into allosaurus form for speed, he goes into it for durability and AP.
Drake's human and hybrid forms most likely knows soru(as marines as weak as pre-skip Coby know it).

But drake literally landed a hit on sanji. Yes, sanji could dodge those hits, but that alone isn't indicative of sanji being above drake.

I mean honestly, Sanji being YC level makes no sense. The man got trashed by doflamingo in dressrosa, and he was portrayed to be as strong as daifuku in WCI.

If Oda wanted to say that sanji was YC level, he should have had Sanji mid diff a supernova, like he did with zoro, instead of have sanji fail to do any meaningful damage to one.
