Don't we though? Lots of pirates we've been exposed to in this series are dogshit dirtbags. The strawhats' halo effect on their periphery kinda downplay em (and Oda's goofy art) but like, people like Caribou or Vander Decken kill innocents, steal, desire to rape, etc.

1. Some people would have an issue because Shiki is comparable to Roger. Proxy shanks vs Mihawk war because some people still push Mihawk a tier above shanks.
