I don't think there's anyone dumb enough to believe X Drake is above Vergo, so naturally yea any X Drake upscale is a Vergo upscale. Though this may mean in the future Drake can potentially surpass Vergo.

@TheAncientCenturion he can become an admiral, but it doesn´t matter. Being an admiral in the L Drake/Koby era means chasing off pirate fodder who want to rob old ladies, and then having sleepovers where they talk about Luffy, not being strong
