Rocks literally built everything around him through raw strength which is crazy.

He is like the exact opposite of Luffy in a way.

>Broke through Holy Land, Killed an Admiral and discovered Imu ALONE

>Stole the funds to kickstart his pirate career ALONE

>Recruited his crew through a gauntlet of Davy Back fights ALONE
You could argue his reliance on his own strength to accomplish things may have been an incidental symptom of his downfall.

True but there is no haki trails either preceding the attack. Kuzan literally used ice gloves not haki also.
As with Roger's kamusari though, or this one, or every hit in G5 and so on. Oda Is so sloppy.

In this case though I think Oda kept It purposelly vague. Akainu Is going to be the first one to show It, so.
But everyone in that double spread has CoC imho.

MUUGEN

呪のろいの王
He probably threw Kaidou at his opponents.

Hmm i dunno WB did nothing to the Admirals. Even Akainu he had to cheapshot from behind. In some ways Garp was a lot more impressive in a head on fight than WB was.

Overall WB was more impressive but not as a fighter at all. Garp was the more impressive fighter, he had Kuzan's face gripped and tossed him like a baseball. WB had more willpower and AP.
WB was literally dying with near no haki.....

Disagree, when the Strawhats are earnestly treated as a core ensemble to a storyline, and not just periphery bit pieces swallowed up by 500 unique in-arc characters that eat up panel time yet have no staying power past the arc, the story is great.
The most common complaint about the strawhats is that they get so little character development or time to shine as characters rather than just fight matchups (fights in one piece in blow ass idgaf what kinda hate this gets me).
Nah you’re right, this is a post ts problem where the strawhats share screen time with too many characters. Pre ts it was a lot more grounded. Tho I think one full arc without the strawhats would be great for the story

I think that's why Teach is the exact opposite of Xebec in terms of methods.

Trying to become a World Government affilated King instead of opposing it.

He realized that strength alone can't overthrow whatever primordial magic Imu has, and he has to outsmart him instead.
