-Amd his story is not over yet…

Half the commanders don't even have an answer to Pica let's be honest. And then there's Vergo who Oda made way too strong as a combatant so that he could match Pica without needing a df.

Consider the fact that Jack spelled out for us that Kinemon > Tobbi Roppo. And Kinemon was no match for Pica.

All those pirates on the big stage are from low top tier to legit top tier by aura scaling (except Stussy and Streusen which doesn't have a vibe of a fighter)
YC lvl has no room to fit those stage.
Kaido is a special case, but to stay with those big guns he should at the very least YC1+..

Hmm. I am not sure about that. Yamato is 28 , knows adv coc + has mythical zoan and is YC1+

15 year old Kaido doesn't have a DF and I doubt he knew adv haki at that point. Max I can see is him being YC2.
