I just dont see this chapter as conclusive
Does People really expect Pirate Life to be only about chasing Gold & not Women as well? lol
They are Sea Criminals, all they care about is to have Fun without Restrictions, so Gold, Women & Booze are what They Treasure most,
As for Rocks End, it's clear that Oda wants us to consider so many Options,
He initially made us think that either Roger or Garp Ended Xebec,
But then He suggested it could be Garling after being Introduced as Champion of God's Valley,
And later, He teased the Possibility that Xebec was Betrayed & Killed by One of his Own,
Now, He adds Harald to the Mix as a Prime Candidate for Xebec Killer,
I'm starting to feel that it's None of those tbh,
Oda just showed us why Roger went to God's Valley,
We also know that Garp went there cuz of Roger,
Garling was already there anyway, and it's not like They set a Trap for Xebec cuz News were Released by Ginny, not WG,
And Rocks Pirates obviously accompany Xebec & They always were against each other anyway,
This leaves us only with Harald who'd visit God's Valley mainly to Kill Xebec,
However, if that Ends up being True & it's how Harald joined WG, then this means the Plot Twist was already Spoiled this Chapter, before God's Valley War is even shown, this is why i don't believe it was Harald who did it, He probably couldn't do it, instead it was Someone beside Harald who wanted Elbaph to Join WG, someone who knows about this Deal!
In other words, I think We should stop looking for a Traitor among Rocks, and instead look for a Traitor among Giants.
(Not necessarily an Evil Character, but Someone who intervened to ruin the Fight & cause Xebec's Death/Fall)

I actually remember some dudes clowning on BB because he said Hancock would work on him if he wasn't careful 
Even if she don't one shot you she can turn anything to stone even with high level haki you got to be careful .
