Can't say for sure who it came from first but heard it first from Nosuke from "Another Blue" (i.e. some of you might already know him from the Official Japanese OP channel, he does stuff on there with Takahashi another famous Japanese Youtuber). He was pushing it pretty agressively since his live reaction to the chapter and then also heard the same thing from kamiki from "スーパーカミキカンデ" and then after that I saw a ton of yotubers talking about it.

She might squarely be the impetus for it, but certainly not the evolution for what transpired. We're still waiting on learning what caused Roger and Garp to band together, as well other players making their own moves and to what extent the 4 other treasures on the island are.
Still plenty on GV to be interested in, just have to reign in expectations of them being critical to the series end.

Yeah, doesn’t make sense that Roger will fight Xebec if they’re both after the same thing which is saving Shakky. Xebec could have spurted out his evil plans here, he might even have the fruit (that he wanted) in his hands and Roger/Garp foresaw his potential for harm.
