What you guys don’t realize is that Rock’s plan had already fallen apart by God valley.
rocks told his whole crew that Harald needs to eat the Legendary df for their plan to work… This was NON-NEGOTIABLE according to Rocks (and we know Harald never ate it ever)
In chapter 1096 All the Rocks pirates are already calling God valley “the final battle”… They have already decided that this is the last mission… They have decided Knowing that Rocks’ plan has completely failed because of Harald
So yes, God valley just being a Gooner war makes sense, Rocks’ plan had already failed, the best the Rocks pirates could do was save their “treasure” Shakky. God valley had nothing to do with Rock’s plan, the only reason God valley happened was because Ginny told the pirates that The CDs were going to be there.
