It's a weird downplay because that second punch is still arguably one of the strongest attacks shown in the entire series so far.

AFAIK using the Gura like that doesn't strain WB's haki or body either.

You could easily argue that in his moment of rage WB might even have compensated for his physical weakness while using that attack.

Downplaying it IMO is a bit like saying that surviving a charge from an angry bull elephant is antifeat because the tusker was old and sick.

Tbf akainu got up pretty quick from the attack. Iirc he was up in 2 chapters. BB also endured gura attack to his head though BB is an endurance monster.
