Shiki’s objects don’t have zero mass, they just float. If Shiki’s objects had zero mass, he never could have captured the straw hat crew with his rock lions, since the rocks would have zero mass and thus would have had no effect on the Straw Hats. The same goes for any instance of Shiki using his Devil Fruit against the Straw Hats, an object with zero mass wouldn’t be able to restrain a grocery bag.

You’re right Shikis objects have mass. Shikis devil fruit just makes them weightless which means they no longer get pulled by gravity.

Thats the point is Shikis fruit completely counters gravity everything Shiki touches including Shiki himself won’t get pushed or pulled by gravity because they just float weightlessly.

Shiki doesn’t remove mass nor does he remove gravity, he just multiplies the entire equation by 0 to make it weightless
