Koba's done a lot of contemplating and trying go explore other venues when they coulda just let us walk off the hime cliff so if that's their play as scum then it's good play. Granted the preferred counterwagon Ekko was also town so maybe it means less than it looks like at first glance.

Alexis, Fuji, Hayumi, Michelle are all town to me, unless someone manages to change my mind, the towncore is where they'll reside.

Ratchet is probably town but even if he isn't nobody's ever gonna consider lynching him so if he's scum feel free to roll the credits.

I was very much pushing both hime and ekko to look outside us 3 and wanted to push for a more inactive scummy slot.
