Meh. That was bare minimum animation. Sanji kicking the laser looked way better in the manga.

Kizaru's reaction also seems way toned down. Looked more shocked in manga.

The anime butchered another Sanji moment, not only does it look like shit and Kizaru's reaction toned down, but it clearly has Sanji moving before the laser was fired

They're giving off "I'm herr so I don't get fined" energy with major Sanji scenes. But hey, there's always the manga and pre TS scenes to look back on

I think the filler scene of Zoro cutting Queen's laser was done better than this. Hell, Zoro cutting water looked miles better, as I stated it would back in 2024. But with the way Toei has been treating Sanji lately, I'm actually surprised the scene wasn't entirely changed. So, I guess that's a positive.

Sanji scenes in wano were goated cause ishizuka and the goat tu yong ce did a lot of heavy lifting that arc and they are both Sanji enjoyers

For an anime that likes to pad out episodes with filler scenes, a scene with an admiral being shocked and Sanji giving a one liner was such an easy set up for some filler shots, hype music and line delivery.
And these guys rushed through it lol

Sanji missing to hit kizaru last chapter had better fluid animation than this im not even joking lool

When he confronted him in the sky was one and the upcoming sequence of events leaves a lot of room for some cool filler where Luffy and Sanji have a little tag team moment before he takes Vegapunk to safety. But, at this point, I rather they just leave things be because all Sanji filler at this point is brutal.
