Harald is a poor man’s version of Kaidou; even in death, he was killed by spears that wouldn’t even tickle Kaidou.
Base Kaidou already has everything he has, plus better durability and Haki. Harald doesn’t have FS, so even giving him the benefit of the doubt, he only has ACoC and ACoA — Kaidou has it all.
Adding Kaidou’s DF makes the gap between them even bigger,Kaidou gains more abilities that make him more versatile.
To be honest, you guys are idiots — Xebec and Harald have the same build as Oden, whom you always denied was above an admiral just because he didn’t have a DF.
Garp, Harald, Xebec, Rayleigh, and Roger are all just like Oden — all without a DF, but with swords, great Haki, and outstanding physical attributes.
