I was the first person on the whole internet who said Woki was god tier, Harald (fruitless Loki) being high top tier was obvious. If you ever thought Harald wouldn’t be a top tier, you need to quit the internet lol.

Harald is literally stronger than Primebeard and Roger by his portrayal to Xebec. Also Harald and Xebec are Oda’s best mid arc flashback characters since Kyros.
