



Futurama ftw. I heard there's a new season coming out, saw a trailer for it come up. I don't think I've watched it since only 5 or 6 at most and it's on 13 now?!
Also all jokes and irony aside "clankers" do kinda scare me, just like furries. I like "talking to AI" but seeing these humanoid robots talk and slowly behave more like they're "alive" is extremely uncanny valley/disturbing.
I've seen enough AI horror/ techno dystopia stories to be aware of how much worse this can only get for us ultimately.
"Adult dolls" alone terrify me never mind them becoming robots and potentially "sentient" and thus "responsive" to us and able to talk back and such.
When your "robot waifu" insists on upgrading your "inferior, fleeting flesh form" to something more "permanent and thus sustainable and durable" and you can both "live forever" together:
