I don't disagree with the idea of Primebeard and Roger being equal to Rocks and Harald, but are you certain re: WB's title?

IIRC he had it even while Roger was alive.

The trap theory doesn’t work because Rocks and everybody only found out about God valley because of Ginny.

Ginny told all the pirates that the celestial dragons were being their treasures to God valley for a tournament and that’s how Rocks found out about it. It it was a trap then why did everyone only find out from Ginny
