He has mastery over water which is a primary weakness of the biscuit soldiers and cracker can't take a hit but on the off chance Cracker can summon enough biscuits to overwhelm Jinbe he could potentially take it

This fight is purely location based.
Landlocked, I think cracker pulls off the win.
Near a river or body of water, Jinbe wins

So Moriah was born in the west blue 50 Years ago. Likely, there were Kozuki who also left the country illegally throughout the story like the Shimotsuki and one was Moriah’s dad or ancestor.

If I were to guess, my assumption would be Moriah and his family returned to Wano when Moriah was 10. The previous year that Kozuki Oden, the man who was supposed to take over as shogun, was banished from the flower capital because of the mountain god incident. As such it would make sense for other kozuki to return in hopes of becoming shogun in Odens place.

I doubt Oden ever knew about the other Kozuki because he spent his life after this in Ringo.

Loki is from Elbaf, a Viking / Norse mythology themed island, and Western Dragons (winged) are a common trope there.
