In fact, it's the same for Garp too since he's just like Roger, they're all walking failures who have no answers for Kaidou, Joyboy is Kaidou's answer, who might one day be able to beat him.

Well, with that, Harald and Xebec may be close, but with one of the two being weaker, I think Harald is the weaker one if Xebec shares the skies with Roger, as @SkySanji pointed out. This means that Xebec and Harald are stronger and with a significantly large difference in admiral level, since a much weaker Xebec killed an admiral in a Low diff.

Xebec and Harald > gap >newbie xebec > admiral level

Xebec killed an admiral with a low to medium difference, had the stamina to engage Harald later, and did so without possessing OG yonkous-level Haki...

And he doesn't have better attack power or AOE than Kaidou, even when considering his talents against Harald in his prime, as happened now...

I'd say Oda took the admiral level and completely flushed it down the toilet now, just like he's been doing, but this time he threw it in the toilet and flushed it

Oden never split the sky at all, Oden still made Kaido his bitch lmfao. The sky split argument is a distraction for idiots. Hanafuda never split the sky and he was Kaido’s rival, no one cares about sky splitting with the exception of the select group of idiots who can’t acknowledge that Warald is stronger than their favorites lmfao.
