I am completely ignoring current powerscaling, cause current Hajruddin probably can't even beat Veteran level fighter.

Hajruddin is clearly setup to be the eventual King of Giants. The story relevance for this jumped 100 fold the moment Rocks mentioned a fruit that when Harald eats it, then it will show it's true power. I don't think that power is with Loki. Loki clearly doesn't dream or aspire to be the King of Elbaf.

All he wants to do is destroy the world, so he is perfect ally to have to fight against the WG. WG does claim/boasts be the entire world afterall.

Loki doesn't seems to be the kind of person who can lead a nation.

Hajruddin will get rapid improvement in power and capabilities to be worthy of being King to the strongest nation.

My prediction is at EOS, Loki and Hajruddin will be comparable in power.

Hajrudin deniers have their head in the sand. King of Giants is tied to power level.

Hence the elders were worried about keeping the royal bloodline pure via marrying Harald to an ancient giant.

Hence Harald himself was a top tier and the new kings Imu is propping up, Dorry and Brogy, are two 1.8 bil pirates made into giant undying demons.

Hence Hajrudin wasn’t made king despite Harald dying 14 years ago.

Hence Hajrudin wasn’t made searching for the mera mera no mi.

Plot necessitates EoS Hajrudin be a top tier. Idk if he will be as strong as Harald or Loki, probably not tbh as those guys seem PK level, but he should still be a top tier. There is no other way he, a bastard, could possibly be recognized as king. He needs to prove himself.

The question isn’t if Hajrudin becomes a top tier, it’s how Oda will make it happen.

With how important Shanks is in this flashback I'm 99% sure the fruit is just the Nika one. If you think about it, the last things we are going to see are :
-Shanks meeting Harald.
-Shanks and Gabban seeing what happened in the castle + someone steal the devil fruit.
-Loki vs Shanks.

So I don't think Hajrudin will get that fruit.
However, I think that he'll not repeat the mistakes of his dad and will embrace both the fighting culture and the peace inspirations of his race. He also already joined Luffy unlike his dad that betrayed Rocks. I think he'll be strong enough that Loki respects him to fight by his side but I don't know how he'll get that strong, maybe conqueror awakening ?
