You can tell with Roger that overtime, Oda has tried to make him more Luffy/Ace coded, while Oda didn´t really try doing that with WB and whoever people think parallel´s him, so I doubt anything is intended, though obviously people can have opinions

I think the WB/Roger and Mihawk/Shanks parallel were the most obvious parallels already. Now we get Rocks/Roger and BB/Shanks so idk why BB fans want the WB parallel when they have Rocks. Or is it just another Zoro upscale threat that Zoro/Luffy will be like WB/Roger and Mihawk/Shanks (it already is pretty clear) and the difference this time is that instead of Rocks having the WS with him it will be Luffy who will have the WS with him (although BB is from previous/mid gen).

Here is the thing.
It isn't Blackbeard fans lmao, we all know it. We all know who it is that hates the idea of Shanks/Mihawk being Roger/WB.

Zoro obviously was intended to be the new gen version of that during the initial days. At this point I am not sure anymore, given current Oda.
