Up to you to believe what you want, but I absolutely think the reason is related to an ancient weapon solely for the fact that Saturn showed up and he was the warrior God of Science and the reason Emeth wasnt destroyed and stored on Egghead.
This fact is what leads me to believe God Valley is harboring something technological. The Davy clan being there could be as simple as them being responsible for protecting the weapon like Kozuki was for Pluton
It’s certainly possible not going to say it’s not. But it feels like at this point the introduction of the ancient weapon would be redundant because it has no bearing on the Rox side, marine side, or Roger side.
