The Davy D Clan has secretly been on God valley for 800 years. It’s highly unlikely there’s only one member of the clan alive in the entire island. Especially since they weren’t under any danger so why would only one of them exist.

He's going to talk about God Valley; I hope the flashback has room to talk about Akainu vs. Aokiji, Teach vs. Wang Zhi (Ochoku).

Whilst it is obviously overdone/bait, there’s a kernel of truth here. One Piece is not impervious to the influence of the Shonen destiny/nepotism trope that all manga suffer from. The fact that One Piece fans were on their high horse and crapping on Naruto’s handling of nepotism/destiny tropes is truthfully a boon to Naruto fans who were vilified for their beloved story having these tropes.

Well one of those theories, the Whitebeard one is going to be true anyways.

And no I don't think Imu planned the takeover of Elbaf, Elbaf had no King for years and there were plenty of time for Imu to try to takeover the country but he never did.

The WG only decided to try again after Garling became an Elder.

Imo I believe that after Garling became an Elder, he most likely suggested the idea to Imu and the other Elders on trying to takeover Elbaf again.

He probably suggested the idea of Loki joining and if that didn't work then force them to join.

Imu only got directly involved because some bad stuff were happening at Marijoa, and the Holy Knights still didn't complete their job on taking over Elbaf.
