Dragon/Sabo vs Akainu is more likely to happen
Than Luffy vs Akainu?

Sabo no because he has his own heavy plot against the WG, scar included imho, but I have Akainu vs Dragon as the next second most probable fight.

What I wanted to say with that post is that Dragon and Akainu are like, let's say, Shanks and Mihawk: two friends/rivals very connected by the plot. But as Mihawk and Shanks' ending is not fighting between the two of them, I don't think Dragon and Akainu's is either, even though it's possible.
Shanks' endgame is Teach (I hope so at least) and Mihawk's is Zoro; same way Dragon's is the WG (maybe Garling in the end, but he'll face Imu anyway) and Akainu's is pirates (and so Luffy)

I always pictured Dragon dying fighting imu just to soften him up a bit before luffy arrives, I can see him fighting Garling given the connections with him and Garlings children. But im curious why warcury ? What's the connection their?

I don't think he can. Rocks is too sympathetic and justified in going against the wg and CDs at this point.

Or mid diffing Warcury
Before confronting Imu

if Dragon is really the Wyper of the last arc then he will low/mid diff a God commander (second strongest) to by hyped etc then confront Imu

BB just has too much going for him against Garling. Shank has way less and Dragon even little.

Unless BB is beaten before or at Raftel, it's gonna be BB killing Garling.

Why?

Shamrock seems to be fully bought into the CD ideology. I doubt he would hold a grudge over Garling killing his mom. I think it's more likely that Shamrock views his own mom as an insect due to his CD indoctrination.

I don’t think Teach vs Garling would be a traditional fight

I don’t see Teach having a real 1 vs 1 except Luffy or Shanks

Teach can maybe kill Garling but more like a backstab than a real showdown

I think it can be a good match up too

But my problem is I think Oda will respect both fighters so the fight will be a difficult one and hard fought. And Dragon needs to be in a somewhat good shape before fighting Imu. I don’t think Oda will put a bleeding and exhausted Dragon in front of a clean Imu. The Imu hype won’t be huge that way.

‘So I think if Dragon fights Imu and does okay before being crushed to hype Imu he cannot have an extreme fight beforehand.

‘So I think mid diffing Warcury (someone I am sure Oda won’t have any problèm disrespecting) is safer for plot reason. It would hype Dragon before his fight and hype Imu beating Dragon ass

According to recent spoilers, Teach's lineage dates back at least 800 years. Just how special is this pot-bellied fellow? There's no doubt, however, that Davy is deeply connected to Joyboy and Nika, in one way or another.

All of this, of course, only raises the bar for WG's incompetence. Whenever we think we've reached the height of stupidity, Oda brings new discoveries.

Bro we have not seen anything from dragon. Warcury is the strongest gorosei currently ,have tougher scales than kaido
