I have people who tell me I look like my mother despite me being a man and having some considerable differences from her appearance wise
So I find it weird that someone who looks like a literal clone of their parent isn't getting noticed by people who's whole thing is that they despise the clan he's from and are closely watching to see if any of them survived

This is the downside of erasing someone from history. The physical proof of Rox including his picture is gone. And after 38 years a face will slowly disappear from peoples memories to the point that most people don’t even know what he looked like.

The only person who may have recognized him was Sengoku, but this was again over 3 decades later.

I don't think they knew about Ace being Rogers son until after he joined Whitebeard, so it is kind of contradictory for them to offer teach a spot.

iirc your guy Joker killed Rosanate, an innocent & his brother he also killed his father. Akainu killed Ace and a handful or marines who were innocents.... Fisher Tiger was killed for what reason again oh yeah racism & slavery...

The only problem is that it has been established that Ace was hunted down as a baby, so I don't see how you get around that for Teach, or even Weevil. The only way to justify it is maybe Sengoku was more focused on Marineford
