I respect him for what he did all the 20years+, no mangaka(only few) did such a long way to draw their own manga.
Shueisha need to step in, give him a old veteran editor and someone who can draw good fights and let them help Oda.
Would put the quality of the manga beyond like in the old era.
While him focusing on the plot/story, his editor could draw the fights(someone who is skilled in this case), with Oda view and hand drawing, someone could draw the fights.
Oda and we fans deserve this.

Exactly, he's the one crippling the series with his obsession with controlling and drawing every detail of it alone, he's 50 now and has been working for most of his life to near death and hospitalisation. He needs to allow himself to be helped and other mangaka are willing to draw stuff for him and he does have assistants, but if he hates drawing fights so much and doesn't want them to be more than 1 chapter long, why not let others draw them for him as you said? Mangaka/artists who like drawing fights and action especially?
We definitely need a veteran editor too. The JJK editor has been doing some great work but Oda has had far too many yes men, far too scared to be honest with him and criticise him for too long.
I really wish we could get a reboot of One Piece with Oda's original 5 year vision but maybe take it up to 10 years max to allow contingency for all his new ideas and additions and thus some creative leeway in general and such. Possibly 15 at the most extreme but 10-12 would be a better amount I'm sure?
