Well, Redon probably has the spoilers, but it's strange to find out now that we don't have a new chapter this week. If I'm not mistaken, Oda prepares the chapter a week early and sends it to the magazine.
Two weeks before, the final version of the chapter is typically complete and sent to the publisher for editing and printing. This built-in lead time is how Oda maintains a weekly release schedule despite his intense workload.
3–4 chapters ahead is the approximate number of chapters Oda works on concurrently. This helps him stay on track and allows for occasional breaks.
