Sanji regenerated from having his entire body broken and every bone broken, still able to fight with maybe a limit on his regen after this. He’s fast enough to defeat Queen in less than a minute with his new Pu, we don’t know its limits yet

Kidd went toe to toe with Linlin alone and got free hits on him. He’s proven himself
