I think so too and Flower is playing to get culted next and that's why she has no interest in helping the town wincon.

If there's any merit to this then it's not unreasonable to think that the Waluigi/ Red Night/ Duckt/ Flower quartet are all linked - which would explain why Flower is so hell bent on Red Night being town, and writing me off as scum without much consideration
