I looked at this:

Phase length - The game is divided into cycles with each cycle consisting of 2 phases, a day phase, and a night phase. The first day phase will be 48 hours long to give everyone time to post. The next day phases will be 48 hours , with the option to hammer until the playerbase gets to half and then it will be 24 hours. Night phases will be 20-24 hours.
