I think there are two ways to read the sword info. Irrespective of those though is that this is good law hype. From what I understand is that Law got sword cooperation instead of overpowering it. I think it is similar to how Zoro got Sandai cooperation with him putting his arm on the line and probably how Enma cooperated with kid Oden.
What I want to know now is when was Kikoku forged and by whom? Was it always a Wano sword or was it a sword from elsewhere and since it had been forged only a swordsman from Wano was able to tame it.
If Law tamed it with Haki then it means SA Law was probably the strongest of all SNs at that time and could beat Luffy and Zoro due to having Haki.
