Garp really is a fraud. He didn't pick Fujitora's route of changing the Navy from within by gaining a powerful position, nor did he go the Kuzan route of changing the world from outside.

Aokiji was literally a member of the Marines for over 20 years and didn't make any changes. If he could have become a Fleet Admiral, he wouldn't have been throwing tantrums like a child. He was sitting at his desk drinking coffee. Fuji literally destroyed the system and caused the CG to be created, putting a bounty on the Larines' heads, and threw the whole world into chaos.

It's kinda wild how much Oda cares for Lhiki. He doesn't allow him to be grouped up with the loser duo Crydo and Linlin.

Aokiji took one look at Ohara and changed forever into lazy justice, while he was doing this, what was his goal? To become Fleet Admiral, the position of total control over the Navy. He sucked it up, took his promotions and aimed for the top, showing only passion for the FA position. Once he couldn't attain that, he quit immediately without a second thought.

Garp is a fraud forever. This dude witnessed a genocide and even Imu, yet stayed put with no aspirations for change. He's a bonafide bootlicker.

Okay, a few thoughts based on the chapter.

1. Imu defeated everyone in God Valley and ordered Roger and Garp to take the glory for defeating Rox, and in return, he let their team go alive;


2. Imu is sealed in Marijoise so for him stay hidden is much important thing than to defeate Rocks/Sabo;
