Oda doesn't draw fights. Here, this scene requires a dramatic upturn for Rocks as he's about to get killed by Imu. So he gives him a quick W over a strong character.

In the current timeline when Garling's time comes in the war, he'll be hyped to fit that situation and so on.

I'm not saying Garling is close to Rocks, but this "embarrassment" happens to every character depending on the situation.

I'm not powerscaling based on feats or whatever worstgeners claim to be legit. This is purely based on narrative portrayal. And end game villian of such importance shouldn't be getting embarrassed like this.

- Xebec done that on GV and still defeat guys like Garling easily getting bruised out of nowhere and then fighting Imu
- Big mom huff huff after Kaido sneak attack and still gon play part later on
