I'm not complaining though. I'm just being objective and consistent in how I grade characters. Every argument i'm using against Koby i'm using against other characters as well. Hence, you don't see me hyping up Prince Grus, despite believing he'll be admiral tier down the line.

Feats aren't prioritized for me, if there are character statements or narrative portrayal showing otherwise. Ie, Dragon with 0 feats. However, in Koby's case and essentially rest of the sword, they have no feats and no comparative statements. And in the few arcs they've been here they were restricted to fodder control.

Lucci, Crocodile, Shiryuu, Boa all have comparative statements and tons of feats.

Basically you still believe Koby will eventually be a top tier, just that he isn't close to being one right now and he won't be one until the very last chapter. Right?
Would you do an avi bet on him at least being equal to Kuzan by the time the Final War happens (or whenever Imu/Teach are going to lose)?

In the epilogue, i don't know whether that'll be an arc or just last chapter. But it's not just him, same applies to Grus. I think Tashigi will rival Zoro by the time the series is done, but it's not happening until the epilogue. Since similar to Koby, Oda's development in her powerlevel isn't on fast track like the WorstGen members. Only dudes with chance to be top tiers by final wars from the new era of Marines are Smoker and Drake.

I'd be more than happy to bet that he won't even be as strong as King going into the final war. Mind you this is essentially a 10+ year bet lmao.

I don't think the Final War starts until like 10 years from now, since I do see multiple arcs still being there between elbaf to then. Assuming Elbaf itself isn't gonna last another 2 years.

Oda could simply have Xebec beat Garling in 1 vs 1 and it would still be more Xebec feats considering the crazy Garling's hype had in the fandom (like scarring WB) but Oda felt the need to add another HK and demons as backup just because

Crazy how GV is the first time were all HKs are reunited.. and their best feat so far is cheapshotting a East Blue Luffy level Dragon.
I don't understand what Oda's goal is with this group, especially considering how late they've been introduced in the series

The Abyss mark is similar to the Celestial Dragons' Hoof of the Soaring Dragon.
