One of the things I hated most about the post-Return to Sabaody chapters is how LOda made zero attempt to actually have them bond on the way down to Fishman Island. Not even a quick recap, or all of them even sharing one big group hug. Nothing. Even Nami who was bawling her eyes out on Weatheria over Luffy needing her after Ace's death doesn't even react to reuniting with her crew beyond giving Usopp a hug at the start. At least with Robin she told them about Saul offscreen at some point, so it at least implies communication happens off panel, but something like their big reunion should be more emotionally driven. It was then I knew that things were not going to be like they were before the Sabaody split.
