Yeah, I meant to retract my post based on Garling being defeated. It's pretty apparent that Roger for one wasn't as strong as he would be in his mustache days, if even that is strong enough. Rocks was probably the strongest and these are 6/10 strongest characters at the time but probably something like the current Straw Hats
