Logic suggests the government would be scared shitless of an Admiral with supreme power like Aokiji, joining hands with Blackbeard of all people. My argument is Aokiji having equal bounty to Shanks doesn't mean he can low diff Shanks. They are from different crews. 27 years old Shanks having equal bounty to 28 years old Jack doesn't mean Jack low diffs 27 years old Shanks.
A captain and a subordinate get equal bounty for doing the same thing.

If Kuzan has a 3.8 billion berry bounty while Yonko Saint Shanks has 4 billion, you can kiss the whole Admiral vs Yonko debate goodbye. Admirals are far stronger if this happens.

That's not how it works, if Mihawk is such an insanely strong fighter like you make him up to be, and by his own right he is a strong one with great destructive power, working with scum like Crocodile and the perceived rival of Shanks Buggy, funded by the underworld and putting bounties on marines, he should be dealt a pretty handsome reward surpassing that of Yonkos, because since he's so strong top 1 bla bla the WG wouldn't think twice giving him 4.5+ bil bounty
