No one steals more than the Celestial Dragons, they're the strongest pirate group, who've made it legal for their Crew, the WG, to kidnap, kill, rape, and steal all they want.
If Teach was a Celestial Dragon like Shanks, or a Shichibukai still, his crimes would be legal, and still would pale in comparison to the crap the WG does to people.
Neptune and Riku are the only Monarchs in this series that acts like sensible individuals, honestly. Cobra was NUTS (ah, my daughter's bathing with Nami? SWEET. Momo is 8, I don't expect shit from him, and blame everything on the Scabbards being like "we have a traitor... let's not talk about that shit, tho... it's depressing...", Gan Fall is... you know, Gan Fall's alright, he's in the "did bad things but wasn't an idiot about it" tier, Xebec's a great dude but objectively a wildcard as a leader...
I'm hoping Rebecca, Vivi, Hajrudin, and Momo can really get things together.
Oh, and Elizabello, he's the best King, no question.
Sukiyaki is actual trash at his job, and he knows it, man considered offing himself he fucked up Wano so bad, and I love Oden, but my god his decision making skills.
