Roger is arguably a bigger fraud. Garling is a newly introduced character with barely any expectations. Dodger was portrayed as that dude for +20 years and he might actually be third after Garp and Primebeard. This is beyond wild.

It was obvious Chicken King wasn't the PK for his strenght the moment we were told he ducked Winwin.
